LunaLife ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the LunaLife mobile application and web version ("App") process your data.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit contact details (name, phone number), location data, contacts/calendar content, or the Advertising ID (AD_ID). The App contains no third-party advertising and does not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.

Exceptions:

Strictly necessary technical data from the stores (Apple/Google), RevenueCat, and Stripe are processed for subscriptions.

2. Subscriptions and RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to process subscriptions. RevenueCat interacts with the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe (for web payments) to verify purchases and manage subscription status. In this process, the following may be processed:

2.1. Web payments via Stripe

When subscribing through the web version, payments are processed exclusively by Stripe via RevenueCat Billing Playground. We do not see or store bank card details.

Stripe may process:

Refunds, subscription cancellations, and trial-period terms are governed exclusively by the rules of the store or platform through which the purchase was made (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe for the web version). LunaLife may offer trial periods (for example, 3 days for a monthly subscription and 7 days for an annual subscription) in accordance with KTECH DIGITAL LTD billing settings in RevenueCat. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically become paid.

3. Online operation

LunaLife requires an internet connection to load data, operate the subscription mechanism, sign in to an account, synchronise information, and display content correctly.

Some interface elements may continue to appear during a temporary loss of connection, but full operation of the App without internet access is not guaranteed.

4. Crash reports (App Store, Google Play, Firebase)

We may receive anonymous crash reports automatically provided by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Firebase services (for example, Firebase Crashlytics). These reports are used exclusively to improve stability and performance and may contain technical data such as:

No personal information is included in these reports. Firebase Hosting is used only for secure delivery of the web version and does not collect personal data.

5. Third-party services

The LunaLife App does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, except for RevenueCat and Stripe, which are used exclusively for subscription management and payment processing. The Advertising ID (AD_ID) is not requested or used.

6. Data security

We apply data minimisation principles and use providers that protect technical data during transmission and storage.

6.1. User notes and AI analysis

If you use the notes feature, their content may be stored locally or in the cloud. We may use automated AI-based analysis of notes exclusively for personal in-app features such as prompts, recommendations, self-reflection, and improving the user experience. Notes are never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, never sold, and never used outside your personal functionality within the App.

Subscription-related data (stores, Stripe, RevenueCat) is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Our providers (for example, RevenueCat and Stripe) may process data outside the United Kingdom/EEA in accordance with applicable legal safeguards.

10. Your rights

You have rights under the UK GDPR, including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the store account (Apple/Google) used for the subscription.

10.1. Data deletion request

In the mobile version of LunaLife, no separate user accounts are created. Data that may be deleted includes subscription-related data (RevenueCat, stores) and data saved by the user (for example, notes).

  1. Send an email to info@ktech-digital.com from the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase, and attach the receipt or order identifier.
  2. We will delete the customer profile and related subscription events in RevenueCat and, where necessary, with other processors.
  3. Data that must be retained by law (accounting/tax records) will be kept until the required retention period expires, usually up to 6 years.

Important: deleting data does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be done in the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (for web subscriptions).

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

By using LunaLife, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be published on the website and in the App.

14. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

15. Attribution and content licensing

All digital content in LunaLife (images, icons, day symbols, banners) is created by KTECH DIGITAL LTD with the use of artificial intelligence-based tools. Certain video materials (for example, a moon rotation video) are used under Pixabay licence terms. Copying and distribution are prohibited.
