Welcome to LunaLife — a mobile and web application developed and owned by KTECH DIGITAL LTD ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the LunaLife application ("App") and any related services.
By downloading, installing, or using LunaLife (including the web version), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, overload, or impair the App, or interfere with any other user’s use of the App.
Some features (for example, state tracking, notes, prompts, and recommendations) may use automated algorithms, including AI, to analyse the data you provide and create a personalised experience. These features are intended solely for your personal self-reflection and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
4.1. General. Paid features are provided by subscription. All purchases are processed exclusively through the relevant app store — Apple App Store or Google Play — or through a secure payment page (Stripe) in the web version, in accordance with the rules and terms of those platforms. We do not accept payments directly and do not store payment card details.
4.2. Auto-renewal. Subscriptions are auto-renewing: at the end of the paid term, they renew automatically for the next period unless you cancel. This applies to subscriptions made via the App Store, Google Play, and Stripe (web version). You may cancel at any time; access remains available until the end of the already paid period.
4.3. Managing your subscription. You can cancel or change your subscription in the store through which the purchase was made (App Store / Google Play), or through the web subscription management interface (Stripe/RevenueCat) for web subscriptions. For convenience, link is provided directly inside the App (via a "Manage Subscription" entry in the main side menu).
4.4. Trials & promotions. LunaLife subscriptions may include free or discounted trial periods (for example, several days for a monthly or annual subscription), as configured in KTECH DIGITAL LTD billing in RevenueCat. During the trial period, you may cancel before the trial end date to avoid being charged. If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically becomes paid and the charge will be made according to the rules of the relevant store or payment provider (Apple, Google, Stripe).
4.5. Pricing & taxes. Subscription price, currency, and taxes are displayed in the interface of the relevant store or payment page and may vary by region. We may change prices; such changes are communicated by the store or payment provider and apply from the next billing period. If you do not agree with the new price, cancel before the renewal date.
4.6. Refunds. Refunds are governed exclusively by the rules of the relevant platform: Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (for web subscriptions). We do not issue refunds directly and cannot reverse store or Stripe transactions on a user’s behalf.
4.7. Payment failures/unavailability. If a payment fails (for example, insufficient funds, expired card, or a technical error), the store or payment provider may offer a grace period or account hold. If the issue is not resolved, access to paid content may be suspended or terminated until renewal succeeds.
All content in the App, including text, graphics, images, and data, is owned by KTECH DIGITAL LTD or used under license and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the App without prior written consent is prohibited.
All digital content in the App — including, without limitation, lunar day symbols, moon-phase imagery, banners, and other graphics — was created by KTECH DIGITAL LTD with the help of AI-based tools. Any third-party stock materials, such as a moon rotation video (source), are used under Pixabay or other applicable licenses that allow commercial use without attribution. Such content is either owned by KTECH DIGITAL LTD or lawfully licensed and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
The content provided in LunaLife is for informational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. The App does not replace consultation with a doctor, psychologist, or other specialist. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTECH DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be published in the App and/or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice or liability if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in activity that may harm the App, its users, or our business.

Payments for digital content and subscriptions are made exclusively via Apple App Store, Google Play, or a secure payment page (Stripe) for the web version, in accordance with their rules. You are responsible for complying with applicable sanctions and legal restrictions. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect sanctions violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
